Remove shoes.
Checkout includes doing dishes and removing trash to prevent critters.
Clean up spills as they happen.
Let us know about broken items so they can be replaced and about items that need maintenance.
You may see dead bugs around as we do regularly spray please let us know about bugs dead or alive so we can gage if the treatments are working. We appreciate your help in keeping this place amazing for you and others who stay in future. Pet fee is $100 for each animal additional up to 2. There are dog sheets for the sofa to help keep fur to a minimum.

The space
Entire one story home on regular size lot no garage but parking for 3-4 cars. Living room and kitchen dining area is all one. Two bedrooms one side of home and third on other side. No carpet. 2 bathrooms one with tub.
Guest access
Entire house except cleaners closets. And shed in back due to insurance reasons.
Additional notes
We take guest safety precautions seriously. Cameras in front and backyard on 24/7 for safety of guests and to be sure cleaning team and maintenance is done. We also have smoke alarms and co2 detectors.

Available 24/7 via text.
Neighborhood overview
Quiet and peaceful. Wonderful neighbors. Close to beach and water but far enough away to not flood during Hurricanes.
Getting around
Car or bike. Can walk some places but must cross busy road north of Subdivision.
