Remove shoes.
Checkout includes doing dishes and removing trash to prevent critters.
Clean up spills as they happen.
Let us know about broken items so they can be replaced and about items that need maintenance.
You may see dead bugs around as we do regularly spray please let us know about bugs dead or alive so we can gage if the treatments are working. We appreciate your help in keeping this place amazing for you and others who stay in future. Pet fee is $100 for first animal each additional up to 3 is another $30. There are dog sheets for the sofa to help keep fur to a minimum.

The space
This is a duplex. Side A which is this listing is 1 bedroom and 1 bath . Living room and kitchen dining area is all one. Shared Laundry and Yard. The other side of duplex has a double locked connection door between the units in case you want to book both sides. They can be rented separately and Other side may be rented during your stay. I will let you know if that happens so you know what to expect. The driveway and yard are shared if both sides rented. There is also a locked shed in backyard which you will not have access to.

All of side A including1 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (not shared.)
Laundry, yard, and driveway which (might be shared.) The side b and shed outside not available.
Additional notes
There is a double locked door in between side an and side b. Cameras in front and backyard on 24/7 for safety of guests and to be sure cleaning team and maintenance is done.

Available 24/7 via text.
Neighborhood overview
Quiet and peaceful. Wonderful neighbors. Close to beach and water but far enough away to not flood during Hurricanes.
Getting around
Car or bike. Can walk some places but must cross busy road north of Subdivision.
