House Rules
Shoes off. Please be considerate with noise for the neighbors quiet hours 12am to 7am. $500 violation. No Events unless approved and paid for . $500 violation. Please notify us of all animals. Unauthorized animals $200 each. Clean up after yourself. Crumbs and trash attracts bugs very quickly in Texas. The cleaning fee is for washing linens, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, and resetting place for the next guests. Please take your trash out to can upon check out to avoid attracting bugs. Please do dishes to avoid bugs. Texas has a lot bugs so we treat regularly. If you see live bugs please inform us so we can send bug guy. If you don’t like bugs Texas is probably not for you! They are unavoidable and huge. Please watch your kids and don’t let them pick up rocks and throw them. We do have 1
scorpions that hide under rocks. We do have 24/7 running outdoor front and back yard cameras for safety and to make sure cleaner, maintenance, and lawn care arrives. Please note lawn care happens on Fri mornings.
