House Rules
Welcome! We’re so glad you’re here. To help everyone enjoy their stay, please keep these simple guidelines in mind:
• Shoes off indoors to keep the home clean.
• Quiet hours: 11:30 PM – 7:00 AM ($500 violation for noise complaints).
• No events or parties unless approved and paid for ($500 violation).
• Pets and Service Animals: Please notify us of all animals before arrival so we can prepare the home to be pet safe. Unauthorized pets: $200 each.
• Clean up after yourself. Crumbs and trash attract bugs quickly in Texas!
• Take trash to the outdoor bin and do dishes before checkout.
• Pest control: We treat regularly, but bugs are part of Texas life. Let us know if you see any so we can send pest control.
• Outdoor cameras (front & back) operate 24/7 for safety and property care.
• Lawn care happens Friday mornings.
