Wake up to the amazing view of lake.
Small apt with private entrance attached to main house that is also rented. There is a hot plate and a large counter top oven. A deep kitchen sink, med size fridge, and microwave. Living area is two chairs. There is a private deck with a beautiful view of the lake. The yard and driveway are shared. There is potential to hear people next door.
Currently no control over heat or AC. We keep at reasonable temp 68-75 and give a separate heater and fan.

Welcome! We’re glad to have you here and hope you enjoy your stay. To help keep everything comfortable for everyone, please take note of the following:
• Dishwasher: Please load any dishes into the dishwasher before checkout.
• Plumbing: Only flush toilet paper. Flushing any other items may cause plumbing issues, and guests will be responsible for repair costs.
• Trash: Kindly take out all trash before departure.
• Occupancy: The space is best suited for up to two adults.
• Noise: This is a shared and peaceful environment — you may occasionally hear some ambient noise. Please keep voices and music at a respectful level.
• Parking: A maximum of two vehicles is allowed in the driveway.

Pets please inquire first as we like to make sure no one is staying next door with one that might bother yours.

The space
Private, Quaint, and Cozy with everything you need. We absolutely love hosting and sharing our slice of heaven! There is a small washer and dryer. Over all size 250 sq ft similar to a tiny home or hotel room. Please see plan in pics.
Guest access
Your suite is around the side of home. No access to garage or main house.
Additional notes
Do not put anything but toliet paper down toliet. The toliet is a grinder and will mess up if anything goes down that is not toliet paper. You will be responsible for plumbing bill. This property has exterior perimeter cameras at garage and side and back yard. Longer stays have a $200 cleaning fee which will be added if not charged properly.

Call or text. Sometimes I am next door staying. I am usually near or property manager is. We can address needs or answer questions.
Neighborhood overview
Quiet neighborhood. Family oriented. Lake access by neighborhood only not public.
Getting around
car or Uber is recommended. There are many things within walking distance however like grocery and restaurants under mile.
