House Rules
We have only two parking spaces. Inquire about additional parking for more vehicles and boats. Deposit might be required and is returned on checkout day. (This is for direct bookings)
The cleaning fee for 28 nights or longer is $400.
For checkout Leave beds used unmade with sheets on them. Cleaners will remove and wash bedding. To keep critters away in the Texas heat, please start the dishwasher and remove the trash to bin by road. Put towels in the laundry room to keep beds from molding and floors from warping. Pleased Clean the grill after use.
Please be mindful of neighbors. No loud music or yelling. Outside smoking and vaping only. Only take up to one vehicle into the 50-acre lakefront per card is allowed. We suggest walking or making two trips. Please do not leave trailers on the ramp after putting the boat into the water. No loud noise after 10 pm;500 fine. Any other excessive noise that gets reported will also be subject to a fine at any time. Please respect the village and long-term neighbors by lowering voices. Follow rules and laws.
