Please inform us of animals as our regular cleaners is allergic and we must arrange another.

We have the right to ask for a deposit if you have bad reviews or no reviews.

Please do not use bath towels outside there are beach towels.
We are not responsible for accidents. Pls watch your children and do not throw rocks in lake.

We ask you put used towels in tub and shower. Load dishwasher and take out trash. Lock doors and windows and turn off lights. Check for any belongings.


Our House cleaned and disinfected after each guest by professional cleaners and a linen company.

We live in this home as well when not renting and want it to be safe for our family just as much as your family.


We ask that you Please do not flush anything but toilet paper. We have a grinder pump.

This is another side to this unit which might be booked during your stay. There are no shared spaces inside. Only outside yard and driveway. You have your own private deck.
